POLICIES AND PROCEDURES
  • The first appointment  includes  a history and assessment.
  • You will be required to sign your intake form acknowledging these policies and procedures.
  •  If a client is late for a session the session still falls within the allotted time slot.
  • If I am late, the session lasts the full scheduled time or the session fee is discounted.
  • If you need to cancel an appointment, do so 24  hours in advance or you will be charged the full amount of service  unless the appointment can be filled.
  •  I have the right to discontinue services to clients who do not value my work or time and make me feel uncomfortable.
  •  I customize my treatments to meet the clients needs.
  •  I keep accurate records and review charts before each session.
  •  I perform services for which I am qualified and refer to appropriate specialists when work is not within my scope of practice or not in the clients best interest
